So...Hey, guys! I'm back from New York City, and the New York Comic Con!
What an eventful week...I was so pleased that the first person who purchased my book was an English teacher. Thanks, Teach, wherever you are!
The weekend was great, with Juno Blair B. and James Riot. There was a pretty awesome personal dynamic going on, between the three of us, an' we're all totally cemented BFFs-fo'-life, now, methinks. =D
There were a few crazies...but nothing we couldn't handle and make wicked fun of, later.
New York was very exotic. It's so very...tall. And grey. And perfectly geometric. The photos do not lie, in that regard. The only color in the whole place was in the flashing-bright advertisements, neon signs and scrolling marquees that were everywhere. Nothing like that to make me appreciate my Western sunsets and mountain ranges, I'll confess. =B
Overall, the trip was a lovely success. Check out some pictures:

Me an' Juno
Me and the wonderful Xander who came all the way from Wisconsin to see me!
Ore...Sanjoh! Yes, on Sunday I was dressed as Momotaros. Nobody recognized the costume, but I expected as much. ;-)
Also, dig on this sweet video interview of me:

...In somewhat related news, I don't recommend flying American Airlines.
Also, I got to eat jellyfish. Apparently, it's possible to eat jellyfish. They, like...congeal when you cook 'em, or something. *Shrug*
Uh...Got home late last night. Got up early this morning for a watercolor critique. (Went great.)
Then I suffered a rather...insulting sort of artistic disappointment at school. My pride is wounded. I'm feeling bitter. Mike's Hard Pomegranate Lemonade is delicious. I wanna watch "Oldboy". I need to own "Oldboy" so I can watch it all the time. And I need the rest of the comic, for I have only the first volume. There must be something seriously wrong with me, or something.
"...Bring me something that's still alive."
OM NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM
...*Grumblemutter.* I'mma go draw Arrio.
